Guests are also responsible for the security of their personal belongings, and the organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Participation in the event is at your own risk. Guests also accept responsibility for their own safety and actions during any activities. (e.g., color splash, Kid's train ride, dancing etc.).

Alcohol will only be served to guests 21+ with valid ID. Our BYOB policy allows sealed, unopened bottles with a $20 corkage fee per drinking adult at the entrance. No alcohol will be sold at the event. Drink responsibly and only in designated areas like assigned seats. Drinking in non-designated spaces, including parking lots, gardens, lake areas, and the dance floor, is prohibited. Guests may not sell, buy, or transfer alcohol at the event. Avoid accepting drinks from strangers and never leave drinks unattended. Organizers are not responsible for incidents related to alcohol consumption.
